We usually try to measure everything possible to showcase many numbers but the bottom line is measure anything and everything that matters to the customer satisfaction and to my mind METRICS means “Measure Everything That Results Into Customer Satisfaction”

As per me the PO should be CRACK to be successful and the CRACK means C – Collaborative R – Responsible A – Authoritative C – Commit K – Knowledgeable The above are the some of the attributes or skills for a successful PO.

Scrum.org has announced in July 2016, a new certification PSM 3 to strengthen the scrum master knowledge.  Looks like the old PSM2 is upgraded as PSM3 and a new curriculum is introduced for PSM2 as an intermediate complexity on the scrum framework.
