Scrum.org announced PSM3

Scrum.org has announced in July 2016, a new certification PSM 3 to strengthen the scrum master knowledge.  Looks like the old PSM2 is upgraded as PSM3 and a new curriculum is introduced for PSM2 as an intermediate complexity on the scrum framework. Hope this will help people to test knowledge as beginners, intermediate and advanced knowledge workers.
