The founder Dr. Koti Reddy Bhavanam, Ph.D., a Technopreneur with more than 20 years of experience in various roles in MNCs.
Back in 2016 Dr. Koti (as called by his friends and peers) motivated by the need to fill a niche in the IT Training industry for professionals ventured into the training sector. He is supported by industry experts who ignite minds and motivates professionals to face on-the-job challenges. He ventured into Empiric to help himself and the community.

Agile Nest is our community to connect with people and help the community of practitioners on their agile journey. We do mentor and coaching as tracks to support people as a community service. We do frequent meet-up on various emerging trends in agile space. We do offer complimentary workshops, simulations, and gamification with the intention of providing understanding on the latest happenings in the agile world. We do provide an opportunity for community members to share their experience and expertise. This is also a platform for many aspiring consultants, coaches, mentors, and trainers to upskill themselves by collaborating with others. We do have other meet-up groups as a subsidiaries of empiric management solutions like for Scaled agile and other aspects.
