Surya has over 14 years progressive successful career in the IT industry through which he brings a strong agile management background and versatile experience in Agile Coaching and Training. He is an authorized SAFe and IC Agile instructor and conducted many training sessions. His expertise spans across multiple areas like Project Management, LEAN, Agile, Scrum, Change Management, Coaching and Training. His primary focus is on building great teams that build great organizations, inculcating agile ways of working, lean thinking, promoting innovation and help leadership transitioning through change that enables business agility.
