AI-Empowered SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) Training
Course Overview
The AI-Empowered SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) course equips participants with the knowledge and skills required to perform the Scrum Master role within a Lean-Agile enterprise using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®). This comprehensive training integrates traditional Scrum Master responsibilities with emerging Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to enhance team collaboration, Agile coaching, facilitation, planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Participants will learn how to facilitate Agile teams, support Agile Release Trains (ARTs), remove impediments, foster high-performing teams, and leverage AI-powered tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and Agile execution. Upon successful completion, learners will be prepared to take the SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) certification exam.
