Every module includes a curated presentation of the content, with both theory and practical cases. At the end of each module, you will have an assignment to put what you’ve learned into practice.

Format
This is an online workshop with a format that combines short presentations, fun exercises, and group discussions to create an engaging and enjoyable learning experience. Participants can expect to leave the workshop with practical insights and tools they can apply immediately in their organization.
Prerequisites
Some familiarity with agile and lean methods and principles in general. Deep experience is not necessary, but we won’t be explaining basic concepts such as feedback cycles and continuous improvement.
