Most foundational and intermediate courses (like Leading SAFe®, CSM®, CSPO®, and DAF®) do not have mandatory prerequisites, though prior familiarity with Agile concepts or software delivery is recommended. Advanced credentials (such as PMP® or LPM®) have specific professional experience requirements defined by PMI or Scaled Agile.

Yes! For all SAFe® courses (Leading SAFe®, SAFe® POPM, SAFe® Scrum Master), Scrum Alliance courses (CSM®, CSPO®), and Kanban University courses, the official certification exam fee and first attempt voucher are 100% included in the course price. For PMP®, the 35 Contact Hours certificate is included, while the exam fee is paid directly to PMI during application submission.

Upon course completion, your instructor will submit your attendance to the official certification body. You will receive an invitation to access your learner portal (e.g. SAFe® Studio, Scrum Alliance Dashboard, or PMI.org). Exams are taken online from the comfort of your home or office at any time within your voucher validity window (typically 30 days post-course).

Upon passing the online exam, your official certificate and verifiable digital badge (issued via Credly or the certifying body) are generated immediately. You can download the high-resolution PDF certificate and showcase your digital badge directly on LinkedIn and your resume.

While over 98% of our learners pass on their first attempt thanks to our comprehensive mock tests, retake policies are governed by the respective body. For SAFe®, a second attempt can be taken immediately for a nominal fee ($50 paid to Scaled Agile). Our instructors also provide 1-on-1 doubt clearing to ensure you pass on your next try.

Most Agile and Scrum certifications (SAFe®, Scrum Alliance) are valid for 1 or 2 years, while PMI credentials (PMP®) are valid for 3 years. You only need a desktop computer or laptop with a stable broadband internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps), working audio (headset/microphone), a webcam for interactive sessions, and the latest version of Zoom or Microsoft Teams. All collaboration boards (Mural, Miro) are cloud-based and accessible via standard web browsers.

Early Bird pricing offers significant savings (often 30% to 50% off standard course fees) for learners who register early. The discount remains active until 10 days prior to the batch start date or until the allotted early bird seats (typically 5–10 seats per cohort) are fully booked. Once the seats are exhausted or the date expires, the standard price applies.
